Non catchers who are forced behind the plate should be rated as poorly as possible. Mike Piazza's arm should be considered Johnny Bench-like versus an out of position catcher.

Re running speed: I don't see V. Guerrero play enoughto evaluate his running speed but he is a terrific base stealer and does not necessarily have to be incredibly fast. Bernie Williams is a fast runner but a terrible base stealer...
