In response to player ratings, I have seen only one on my team that I feel is truly inaccurate. Torii Hunter has a defensive range of 1 and an ODR of 3. This does not speak highly for the current and probably repeat gold glover. The All star game alone provided enough evidence that he is much better than that.

As far as Pb's on going debate of leveling the playing field I feel that contraction of teams in a league is not the answer. I enjoy the 24 team leagues because it demands that managers win without fielding an "All star" team thus giving a more realistic feel to the game. Bench players and prospects are just that instead of some other teams starters. If some teams have reached that stage, congradulations! Those managers made some shrewd moves. Its up to the rest of us to make some good moves of our own. The major's are adjusting money to help keep baseball competitive. Money is not an issue in improving a PB team only evaluation of talent, drafting well, and making good trades.Maybe some help is needed in the FA draft, consider this: A seven pick lottery including the same seven teams in the rookie lottery. The rest of the FA order would continue to be set by random.
