No Way! I am always better at home. It is my opinion that the robot computer is pretty inept. The only thing that makes using the robot fair is that it is equally inept for all the road teams. I have been with PB since the beginning and I never let the robot play my home games if I can help it. This season I have three teams and each has a better home record than away record. So far this sason my road teams are a combined 76 games over .500 but my home teams are a combined 94 games over .500. That's a difference of six games per team. I have not looked at data from past seasons but I am willing to bet I would find similar results. I remember a few years back a road game I was ahead 9-0 going into the bottom of the 9th. The robot brought in a grade one something reliever. Not a bad idea, give him some work. By the time the score got to 9-6 you would think the robot would go to a good reliever. I had two guys, fully rested, with grades 8 and 9 but the robot left in the mop up guy and I lost 10-9! There have been many other instances of similar stuff and the only thing that keep me from crying in my beer is that I see the robot do stuff like that to the other guy when I am at home.
