My guess is you would have more requests for foster teams than foster teams.

Obviously no one would be allowed 2 teams in the same league, but there are plenty of teams available in enough different leagues this shouldn't be a problem.

Perhaps a work-around situation could be established that wouldn't require extra programming. All the umanaged teams could be put under dummy owners with the bill going to Mike who would pay himself. ie Mike is manager of all the teams but under separate id's. He then provides the correct ID and password to the appropriate foster owner. It would mean the foster owner would have a separate page for his foster teams than from his "regular" teams, but this might even be an advantage.

How the teams would remain posted as "available" may also have a not so difficult solution?

Just thinking.

The foster owner might want to buy a team to ensure he could keep it if he became attched to it. Otherwise, he should be aware it is always for sale to the first bidder.
