I like the PB drafts the way they are. The draft lottery helps prevent poor teams from "giving up" and trying to lose during the last part of the season, as they can't "guarantee" getting the top pick. The FA draft being randowm keeps ALL teams interested in the possibility of getting "lucky" enough to get the top pick. It also makes managers think more about the value of their trades. My vote would be to NOT change the system the way it is now.
