I too love the monthly draft.
I came up with the idea becuase I hated the way fantasy leagues do it and the way its done in MLB---requires too much attention.

Doing it every month makes the exercize manageable---in RT leagues.

But it does not work in TRAD leagues if we want something like we have always had---and that includes a healthy and vibrant FA draft to encourage middle of the pack teams to GO FOR IT.
