When I stated below that the CAP should be a percentage figure I assumed that figure would have to be determined BEFORE the cut date (after rookie draft to 27).

I am intetrested in how everyone feels about the actual percentage---most of the discussion seems centered between 120 and 130% of the cap.

I need to publish what those actual levels of PB value are and will see about doing that in two weeks when I return from the road.
