I am not sure how the draft is randomized now...but I would like to see the draft randomly seeded in a lottery style where the last place team might have 20 tickets in the draft the second last 19 "tickets" up until the world series winner with 1 "ticket" in the box...the draft would then occur and the random order would be somewhat balanced
