Excellent points brought up by everyone. But here is a great example where the system fails. Game 2 of the series that I am now playing, 3 injuries for a total of 12 games. Game 3, all 3 out. Game 4, 1 comes back the rest out for the series. I am now handicapped and can not hope to keep in the pennant race. You can not honestly sit guys knowing that they are due to get hurt and place less efficient players on your roster. All I am asking for, is regardless whether you are the home or visiting team, when a player goes down for the duration of the series, the computer automatically calls up the next best player you have in the minors to keep the rosters fairly even.
