I have been complaining about this issue with Mike for years as other active managers (I will not call them by name publicvally as you did) have been doing the same.

Mike always tells me that he doesn't like it but there are no rules against it. Probably half the teams in F18 are doing the same thing but its less obvious. When someone comes and taps me on the shoulder and asks me to cut it out I will. But I'm just following the model that others have set up.
