I agree. I have never thrown a game, and never will. Nothing makes me smile more than scratching out a victory against a number one team.
It is hard to determine when a team is tanking, so tems are just that bad. But when it becomes obvious (such as placing star players on the farm) then it should not be tolerated. It should be along the lines of a warning first, then at the second offense the team should be removed from the lottery.
A word of caution though, I have a feeling that these same poor sports who are deliberately trying to lose to place themselves in a position to grab Eric Hinske or whomever whill probably end up quiting if they aren't allowed to cheat their way to a good rookie pick. After all, they aren't playing the game for the game itself, they are only playing to win and feed their own egos.
