Can someone clarify what the catcher subj rating is designed to measure? Unless I'm missing something, it seems that Paul LoDuca's rating of 5 seems pretty low. He has been given a lot of credit in handling the 2002 Dodger pitching staff, including a lot of new faces, well enough to keep them in the pennant hunt. He epitomizes the ultimate "gamer" that goes 110%. I'm guessing that the only way to give credit to "gamer" and "grittiness" is the subjective rating. Is there a different criteria for this rating?
