I like the fact it penalizes teams for holding three starting first basemen on the roster... I don't know... maybe I'm just oversensative to the fact that I'm trying my damnest to win, and Fred's system ranks me as not having tried...

I still think it penalizes bad teams that have one or two good players... as well as the great teams who have an amazing season, win 100 games, but have a PB value above a hundred.

You realize that such a team could win the world series and still be marked by Fred's formula as an underachiever!
