Yes, you are correct... :) And error on my part.
Not including the last ten years would be interesting, as it would give the event a chance to "stand the test of time." I still suggest, however, than fans be removed from voting. As an example, despite the fact that Eric Hinske won all three AL Rookie of the Year awards, the "fans" only gave him something like 10% of the vote (most going to the Baltimore pitcher). I think a lot of people from Baltimore visit www.mlb.com.
I'd give exact percentages, but MLB has already removed the fan poll results from their site...
