I've been getting this lately too. I find that if the File Download box doesn't go away within a second, it's not going to. I then close it, and click on the game again in the schedule. It then tells me I have already submitted a lineup (which I know), and then the game starts up fine.

Not sure if the problem is on my side or PB's, but if there are more of you out there, that might help in narrowing it down...
