Why can't I trade

When I am proposing a trade, I get as far as the confirm trade button, then I get an error message that reads


"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e07'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The conversion of CHAR to DATETIME resulted in a DATETIME value out of range.

then the trade doesn't get offered
Anybody have any clues????
