I have a team that won its most recent series in 4 straight and will start championship on the road with probably a full roster of rusty players.

I'm hoping to split the first 2 but what is the best way to approach setting pitching instructions to get as many pitchers shaking off the rust as possible? I want to avoid having a roster still filled with rusty pitchers when series resumes in my home for Game 3.
