Yes. Just goto your RsiBB directory and double click "Purebaseball.exe" after you have established your internet connection again. This is assuming, of course, that you completed the game while off the internet and only need to upload the results.

If the game crashes, or you get disconnected while downloading the game information (and your schedule shows "in progress"), then it would require a reset.
