I agree with Chuck. I took over a team then called the "Broadways Players" in late 1998, and have been able to rebuild them (only to an 88-win team) through trading with the active managers in this league. While there are some dead teams, some of them have some good talent that a prospective owner could turn into something. Any plans for a new owner drive?
