If the contraction happens prior to the Spring Drafts how will that be handled during the Spring Draft when their picks come up. In other words, there are some teams not being contracted who have contracted team picks and some contracted teams most likely will own picks in the lottery section of the Rookie Draft. Maybe its obvious but I just don't see it right at the moment.

Another thing is, I'm sure there will be many suggestions and debates as to which way to handle this whole process. I might suggest an open discussion period that lets us all air our views but also setting a deadline for stopping discussion and moving forward in some manner. Otherwise we could debate this forever, and probably would.

Bottom line though is I believe the end result (however we get there) will make contracted leagues more fun and competitive.
