1. This will be the permananet system replacing the old one to rate teams.
2. The 10 great starters is a loophole and we might have to count "extra" players PB value as trade value?
3. The PB limit will not be changed this year because teams have already made trades etc. with current 120/115 numbers in place. We will have a 20% above league average in place next year using the new PB computation.
