Ok, I was a bit overzealous there. But you do see my point that should be 5-10 studs available in each draft.
It seems unfair to give a stud to a team that just happened to be finishing a rebuilding process and now ready to compete. And it also is somewhat unfair to penalize a team that had a decent year last year and is now entering a rebuilding process.
If we're going to use wins in the process, then it should be total wins over the last 3 or 4 seasons. Then it would truly help the teams that have been perennial bottom-feeders.
