What about reseting the Champions League every year?

Instead of perpetual ownership, why not create a new Champions league each season made up of the top 24 owners - the 24 WS series winners in the Trad leagues (with the best regular season records the tie breaker to get in). This would be a nice reward for winning it all - a free league to play in the following year. And the owner that wins the Champ league automatically gets in the following year, with possibly 23 new owners, and the everything starts over with a formation draft.
