I agree that the unmanaged teams often have alot of duplicated players that a manager would trade to help fill other needs. I have often wondered why the commish would not make such trades for the unmanaged team...as it would help the unmanaged teams get better too. I suppose the commish did not want to start that process, either related to time constraints, or to leave the unmanaged teams as is to help attract new manager to pick up the teams with certain strengths to build from.
