The guys who do their "dumb trade partner" thing and then wonder why there are unmanaged teams are a problem for the league.

I don't agree that bragging here means you've been doing the dumb trade thing, some guys through luck or effort develop strong teams and deserve credit for it...as you yourself do for turning around a losing franchise (hopefully with only a few dumb trading partners).

Bringing up dumb trade offers and strange trades seems a reasonble thing to do and this seems like the right venu for it.
