At the risk of raising the ire of the cheerleading squad, I have to believe you're right. To discredit an individual who catches a higher percentage of balls hit in his zone ( I have to assume that the approximate blue-darters and cans-of-corn are about equal for all) while giving extra credit for a CF who insists on catching a higher percentage of the lazy flys that hangs on the borders between CF LF & RF is absurd ( I am tempted to type moronic, but I'm afraid *ZEKE* would show up at my door wielding a sharp instrument).

No-one to date has demonstrated to my feeble mind how a better fielder catches a LOWER percentage of balls hit in his zone. Do that -just that, and I will become one of the converted. I want to believe. Lord, Lord, I want to believe. Help me Lord. Show me the error of my foolish ways.
