Three reasons.
1. The pitchers parks. Sele is at Anaheim, a hitters park, while Lawrance is in San Diego, a pitchers park.
2. N.L. (advantage pitchers, no DH), A.L. disadvantage pitchers, DH)
3. PB system isn't perfect and is being worked on. Lawrance will be better in all replays, but the PB doesn't reflect this yet.
