Yes, but that would probably involve the most work of all...having to manually skip picks for all 4 contracted teams, in all contracted leagues.

For the rookie draft, if he sets up fictional or just bad player picks, he would use the same list for all contracted teams and be done with it (sort of like how he does rookie picks for unmanaged teams). For the free agent drafts, he'd be able to make one list for all 4 teams, but have to do it for each of the leagues (which is still easier than going in a skipping picks...which un-automates the draft).
