List of leagues clearly needing Contraction: F18, Champs, Chall? 98-2, 99-1, 99-1, 2000-2. Rest look pretty healthy, active,fun and for the most part have 20 owners already just need to fill three to five spots which I am sure alot will fill up when baseball's spring fever hits:) 98-1 only three unmanaged teams, 99-3 only has one bad team unmanaged, K17 only two bad teams rest have PBV over 60,66 and 74 and 2000-1 only has two bad teams rest Defos59 PBV, Karmas 75, Twins 74.

Just a thought its alot easier to contract then to expand...main reason owners do not mind getting players but sure hate to give them up especially if they been on a long three year rebuilding program and about set to compete:( not to mention during the season some owners traded away some pretty good players for draft picks to teams that now are ownerless soon to be invisible/contracted also contraction will be pretty time consuming(explain in my next post) for the Comm and there is always NEXT YEAR if some 24 traditional leagues do not remain steady or improve.
