I hope we get moving on contraction as there are alot of stages needed in the process.

1 Choose what LEAGUES to be contracted
2 Then what TEAMS to be contracted
3 Choose Draft Style/order
4 Choose draft value either PBV or by Winn%
5 Reorganize-setup new divisions,relocation of some teams(even Jrs to Seniors vise versa)
6 Start contraction draft five picks
7 Finally things as ussual off to rookie draft then free agent then LETS PLAY BALL!

my views on the subject A- too much your get owners hoping around from team to team B- defeats the whole purpose C is the most balanced and has my vote. Lastly my views DRAFT VALUE.....to keep things fair I suggest we go by PBV over Winn% reason for that your winning % last year was just that LAST year this is a NEW year and alot can and probably has changed for alot of teams let along hate to reward tankers WINK, PB value would be a more consistent and fair standard especially that all of us to some degree have a new teams this year value/statwise. Whatever Mike chooses to do I'll back as alot of issues are tick for tack but did want to offer what I hope to be some helpfull suggestions as a memeber of the PB family thanks
