I agree.
I also think a change needs to be made on punnishing out of position catchers.
It's not easy to throw a bigleague basestealer out.
out of position catchers should NEVER be able to throw out basestealers in the game.
Ok maybe 10 percent as Luck factor.
I play Outfield in an amature league in boston and I tried to catch a couple times and it quite difficult to get out of the stance and throw a runner out never mind a good basestealer.
It aint something easy you can just throw anyone in to do.
But in this game you can.
So I say greatly penalize it.
No throwing out good baserunners.
Lots more passed balls too.
For "NO" out of position catchers.
