There's no question that a pitcher's Grade rating is far more important than his Clutch (basically because most pitchers are throwing w/o runners on base)...I don't quantify it like Ken has (2x Grade + Clutch)/2, but when faced with picking between equal GR+CL pitchers, I'll usually side with the pitcher that has the better grade rather than the better clutch.

OPS splits are also very very important and shouldn't be overlooked.
