I agree on the defense of non catchers at catcher. See above comments that I posted. Like you said, I want to be withen the rules, but don't want to be gamey. I believe the game was modified and reflects non catchers better, but not as well as they should be. Other teams are using non catchers in the playoffs, not sure how they are doing. The catchers I have only have enough at bats to face lefties. Catchers and DH are punished when playing the outfield, pretty significantly, in my opinion, but then again you have Kendall, Biggio, Ivan Rodriguez, Marrero, etc. that do fine when not behind the plate. I don't know what I'll do for sure. The easy way was to use Garcia in my next series and not say anything. I wanted to draw attention to the fact that no rated catchers should be punished more.
