The key to competitive balance
The key to competitive balance is tightening the reigns on trades that are accepted. I know, I know, one man's lopsided trade is another man's fair deal, but I have seen some deals (Including in the soon to be contracted T1 2000) that were just ridiculous.
Tanking isn't ethical and shouldn't be done, but is not all that much of an advantage since there is a lottery.
By the way, I agree that the FA draft order should be the same as the rook order.
I usually don't post much, but I have just been tired of hearing how tanking is the biggest problem PB has on the competitive front. It just isn't true. Check the history on some trades that certain teams make. I think you'll find I am right.
Peace,
Marshall
