I propose a change to affect the pitcher when a non-rated catcher is in the game.
I used to pitch in college and I know the value of being comfortable with a catcher. With out a real catcher behind the plate it would have been difficult to maintain the level of focus needed to do a good job.
When a non-rated player is catching, have the PB game slash the pitcher's ratings to 1's across the board.
