In my opinion Scott Rolen is one of the best young 3B in the game. I think Rolen for Green is close to a push.

and I also feel that the balance of the other talent that is transferred swings the trade towards Osceola.

This is pretty funny actually.... I used to own the Cape Cod team a year and a half ago but I gave it up after I got married last year because I did not have time to keep all 8 teams. [I won the championship then gave up the team]. In my opinion I liked the players on the team better when I gave up the team than the collection that is there a year and a half later. And although Shawn Green is a very good player I would not have given up Rolen, et al if I still had the team.

In summary ....

I guess my point is that everyone has their own opinions of players and team construction philosophy. And sometimes a trade that one person feels is lopsided in one direction may appear even to another person (or perhaps even favoring the other side).

Policing obviously bad trades is a good thing. But in instances where there is not even a consensus on which side is getting the better deal its hard to veto the trade.
