You can't legislate intelligence. That is absolutely true. I will get off the idea of legislating trades, but there has to be a remedy for every league (just about) that has a version of the real life Yankees. I think that having these traveling all star teams is what is emptying out PB faster than anything else.

That's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
