Brian you make some excellent points. I am a guy who has taken some bad teams to the playoffs and taken some teams and gutted them to revamp them with my style of play. I know my baseball. I like the player retention cuts and the draft i speak of cutting over teams from would be the free agent. As far as FA picks, from the start of the season in trads you would know what fa picks are available to you. In realtime the in season fa drafts cannot be monitored but the beginning of every season one would know where he stood.
