I am not sure cutting roster size would really change competitive balance issues. Capping PB value certainly would. I am in favor of that since it seems that certain teams manage to get what I call "traveling all-star" teams together and they makes for a less interesting game. I doubt that I am the only owner that sees competitive balance issues as a problem for this game, but if I am I will go off into the good night and (hopefully) find a league more to my liking.
