1) Based on record would be my last pick for FA order. PB value.. only if it is fixed.. right now PB value is a joke.

2) No.. as in number one.. PB value is a joke.. I want to see it fixed over a period of time before roster limits that severe are put into place based on it.

3) I don't see any reason to change to 25. The extra 2 guys that most people will cut won't help a team right away anyway.

These FA draft changes are dangerous and could actually make things worse IMO and here is why. Like it or not the reason for the balance problem is because there are some managers who are very good traders and dealers and there are some that are very bad. The best of whatever the bad traders get eventually winds up in the hands of a few very skilled traders. That's life... it happens not only inside PB but outside in the real world too. Fooling around with the FA draft like this is widely considered taking from the rich and giving to the poor it seems. This is not true. The FA draft is totally random right now. Everyone has a fair and equal chance of draft position. So what these changes are actually proposing is take from EVERYONE and give to the poor. More for the poor traders to give away.. more the the best traders to take away.. and the larger middle pays for it in the end.
