I would like to see the free agent draft become a lottery based procedure, where the 20th place team gets 20 lottery chances, the 19th place team gets 19...etc until the world champion gets only 1 chance....the computer then makes a draw from all the "tickets" and the draw is random yet seeded in favor of the weaker teams...although EVERY team has a chance at a high draft pick....I would even like something like this for the rookie draft
