A team over 85 for this year is a great team. PB is down vs last year because Bonds is up over last year. That is why the PB ave. will change every year.

I do agree that 120% might be a touch low and could see 125% as a useful number.

Remember the purpose is to affect 1 or 2 teams per year.

Of all my teams, only 1 comes close to the 120%, and I'd only need to drop marginal player. At 125% none are effected, and I think I'll compete in all my leagues.
