Look at the real world. Dumping occurs. At it is a much more frequent event than I see in the 2 leagues I am in. I don't see it being a problem. An owner has to rebuild. The quicker you can rebuild, the more interested you stay in the game & league.

Look at the Millwood for Estrada deal in the NL. Talk about dumping!!!!
