No need for everyone to get their calculators out. The PB average for all 20 team leagues is going to be close to 71 before teams start cutting and then it won't drop that much. Reason is that we are dealing with the same player pool in all these leagues. I don't know the average for the 24 team leagues but it would obviously be a bit lower.

What many of you might find interesting is that in most leagues the non-DH teams have an overall PB value of 4 to 7 PB value numbers less than the DH teams.
