That is why I'd go with 125% for the first year. The worst thing you would have to do is dump Tatis and trade a reliever for a FA pick. That would get you down from 89 to 84. Is the average in that league 65? Thus a cap of 82. One more move and you are there. By the way, I think your team is the only one over the cap in that league. A 125% cap will effect 1, or at most 2 teams. Just my thoughts.
