What if you took all the winners of the perpetual leagues(20 teams) and put them in a league that plays a shortened season in the offseason.(It would give ppl something to do at least.)

Here's the catch...Have them use there current rosters. Sure you could have 5 ARod's or Pedro vs. Pedro, but I think it would be neat to see which team comes out on top. Just an idea I had while staying up entirely too late.
