I'm in two leagues where a 125% cap affects 0 teams.
I would imagine that Mike could run some sort of program that would use 120%, 125%, and 130% and figure out how many teams it affects. We could also change the pct after this year if things didn't work out quite as well as we hoped. Thanks for the input.
