Why are we discussing the formation of new leagues when we are at the same time waiting for contraction "orders" from the Commish?

On another note I have a post further down the page that addresses the overall team PB value question. Basically it states that the average PB value for all leagues with 20 teams is 71 (same pool of players). I did not calculate it for 24 team leagues but it's obviously lower. The real interesting part is that the non-DH teams have a combined 4-7 PB value lower than the DH teams. Possibly something we should consider?
