I agree! Let's finalize the decision as to which leagues will be contracted and how that procedure will take place. Until that happens it is difficult to make plans (including trades) for next season. Also I would like to make one aditional point. A lot of good ideas have been offered regarding PB values, a cap, changing the FA draft system, changing the post rookie draft limit from 27 to 25. I agree with some, disagree with others. However I think that whatever is decided upon should go into effect AFTER the 2003 season so that managers have adequate time to prepare their strategy and adjust their rosters.
