Mike already said about 3 weeks ago that he is not implementing the revised cap this year. If he comes back at the last minute without warning and changes it then I'm going to be ticked.

I have made decisions in the last 2 weeks based on his statement that the cap would not change this year. [Including trading a bunch of picks and prospects for Koskie in one league.... if the cap goes into effect this year then I would have been better off with the pick].

If they want to implement a change next year then I will live with it (might not like it but I'll live with it). But to change it at this point would be unfair.... And combined with all the other B.S. that we deal with that may be the final blow that gets me to hang up the spikes.
